Matt's place near Papke's Landing
Meet Kuma, a key member of Matt's posse and avid salmon chaser.
And this is Lacey, absolutey the sweetest lady you'll ever meet.
This is the guest house where we stayed. Lucky for us that Matt just happened to be house-sitting when we came to visit!

we fished at Falls Creek, a short walk from Matt's house.
Stu didn't listen to the captain and stuck the boat in the mud at the mouth of Falls Creek!
We were very nervous about walking to shore in the sticky, dangerous mud. Matt says it was the first time he ever gave the order to abandon ship.
Kuma liked to fish but his technique of chasing the fish didn't help our odds.
Our favorite fishing spot shall remain nameless.
