John Weed and Stuart Mason are ready to help create the perfect mood for your wedding or other Celtic-themed event. Classically-trained fiddler and violinist John Weed is based in Carmel Valley, California. Guitarist and mandolin player Stuart Mason is based in San Luis Obispo, California. Together they form half of the respected Celtic quartet Molly's Revenge. As a duo, they play traditional Irish and Scottish music at weddings and other events from San Francisco to Los Angeles. When we work as a duo, we will usually play mellow traditonal tunes on violin and guitar before the wedding, some beautiful processional music for the entrance of the wedding party, and then play some fun and lively jigs and reels immediately after the ceremony.
